Do you ship internationally?

Currently we don't offer international shipping for safety reasons; due to the lithium batteries contained in almost all of our products!

How long will it take for you to dispatch my order & for me to get my new gadget?

Once your order is placed we aim to fulfil your order within one working day (24 hours) & then the lead time from your chosen shipping method.

What payment methods are available & accepted?

We accept all major credit & debit cards from all major issuers including American Express. We accept payment by PayPal (which is what we recommend for a fast & secure checkout). We can accept payment by BACS if you're looking to pay from an invoice. We can also even accept cash & card in person if you're looking to collect from one of our stores. 

Do you offer instalment plans?

We offer two instalment plans with Klarna; pay 30 days after delivery & in 3 easy instalments.

There are also various payment plans available from PayPal direct.

Who Will You Use To Ship My Order?

We only use trusted couriers who are known for their commitment to their customers & have tracking capabilities: ParcelForce, Royal Mail & UPS. We may occasionally use other courier services if they are better suited to your needs & we'll happy use a suggested alternative for you.

I want my Gadget now! Can I collect my order?

Of-course! We'd much prefer you to collect your order from one of stores so that we can meet you & give a full friendly & personal product demonstration.

How do I place an order?

Do I need an account to place an order?

You don't need an account to place an order, but we'd certainly prefer to be friends!

How can I cancel or change my order?

We all make mistakes; if you've had a change of heart please do give us a call within two working hours or drop us an e-mail & we'll be more than happy to help! 

How do I track my order?

You should be able to track your order from the updates on your account, if you can't do this or don't have an account then simply contact us for your tracking reference number & link.
Do you accept returns?
Yes, within 14 days of your order date; our full returns & refund policy is available upon checkout. 

How can I return a product?

Simply Contact Us & we'll issue you with a Return Identification Number (if applicable) & our returns address! All returns must have the product returned to us within 14 days from the date of order.

How do I recycle my old Gadgets?

Head on down to your local recycling centre to drop it in for free and feel good about yourself.

A huge amount of electrical waste can be recycled or repaired instead of ending up in landfill, which can leak naughty substances into the soil that can harm us and other wildlife.

If your electrical item is recyclable, it shall be marked with a crossed-out wheeled bin symbol. This is a little heads up that it shouldn’t just be dropped into your regular household bin.

As we’re a caring bunch we fully back The Waste Electrical or Electronic Equipment (WEEE) Directive by financially supporting the national network of WEEE recycling centres setup by your local authority. This is achieved by being members of the national Distributor Take-Back scheme (DTS) to encourage you to make use of this free service and to maximise the amount of environmentally friendly recycled items.
